Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Latrice Cooks has a heart of gold and a passion to lend a helping hand. After graduating from South Oak Cliff High School, Latrice attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she received her Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Psychology, Business, Criminal Justice, and Communication. After receiving her degree she began working in a full-loan servicing company, where she worked for over three years in customer service. Four years have opened her eyes to a great deal of intelligence when it comes to servicing. Ready for a new challenge, Latrice excelled her way into teaching which has led her to a two-time ALL-STAAR teacher. Communication, organizational skills, patience, strategic planning, and customer service skills are just to name a few that she has obtained that will roll over into Real-Estate. Latrice's life experience and familiarity with the DFW metroplex have prepared her to provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.
